About us
Epsis is a company with a history of over 20 years. We have helped large and small teams to find good ways to work together. To bridge the gap between strategic initiatives and operations. Within our classic market – oil and energy – we have been fortunate to work on various projects within operation center environments.

We don’t just advise, project manage or implement software solutions. We help embed the changes in our customers’ organization with their employees, so we know a thing or two about what a change process actually means. How hard it can be, but also so rewarding! We have hands-on experience with what it takes to set up an operations center and to help move activities and people from offshore to land. The goal has been to integrate the operations and eliminate the “silos” that often exist in complex organizations – with better decisions and faster results. We are incredibly proud of what our customers achieve through improvement and value creation through such projects – and of being able to help them along the way. We have developed technology and methods with great enthusiasm and fantastic collaboration. Our products and consultants have helped our customers at home and internationally.
During these projects, we have seen a gap in the market, something missing to get the smooth operation running. The need for a system to “glue” everything together. A system that can help teams work better together regardless of where they are located. So we made it ourselves. The newest release of the product is Enify and is available for groups of various sizes. To help them structure how they work, how they share work, and how they gain common situational awareness in operative environments.
